Prospective Students > Financial Information
MBS tries to keep the cost of theological and ministry preparation accessible so that more people can benefit from its training programs. As much as possible, students are urged to secure at least part of the financing needed for their education at MBS from their local church or Christian organization that supports the student’s call to ministry.
Through the generosity of donors who share our vision for theological and ministry training, MBS also has partial financial assistance available for eligible students from developing countries and from rural areas of Malaysia. If you want to find out more about financial assistance, get in touch with our Registrar at registrarmbsed@gmail.com or 011-10301727
In addition to tuition, other fees apply as follows:
A continuation fee is for students who are absent for a whole semester or more, subject to approval by the Dean. This fee ensures their names are kept on the Students’ Master Register. Absence for more than five years without notification or reason will automatically result in the student’s name being struck off.
*The first semester in the MBS academic year is 5 months and the second semester is 6 months. For descriptions of the program and non-program students, please see Admission Requirements.
All fees must be paid within three weeks after the commencement of every semester. Special allowances can be given to students who need to pay in installments but all fees must be settled before the end of each semester.
