“As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.” (Proverbs 27: 17).
utside the classroom, students at MBS grow personally, spiritually and as leaders when they participate in community life at the Seminary. Character is built through interaction with others and accountability to one another.
The MBS English Department Student Union helps students integrate into community life on campus and maintains the bonds of fellowship through various activities. Some of these are an annual retreat, annual inter-seminary games, daily chapel and a yearly preaching seminar.
The Student Union is here for you. New students at MBS will always find a helping hand from the Union, such as when you are adjusting to a new campus environment and/or country, guidance, counseling and friendship to walk through life’s issues; or to obtain personal financial aid during emergencies.
The Student Union plays an important role as a liaison between students and the faculty and Seminary. All student affairs and non-academic issues are coordinated by the Union. It also works to ensure discipline within the campus.
